Submit a Contingent Worker/Volunteer Request Form

Who needs this form?

Research graduate assistants, interns, volunteers or employees of a contracted service consultant on/off premises, and other individuals who are not Barry employees and need long-term access to Barry University resources.

Contracted service employees include the bookstore, campus safety, dining services, facilities management, mail services, and others.

This service allows non-employees of Barry University to request a BarryNet and email account.

Once Human Resources processes the form, the BarryNet, and email account will be created within 24 hours.

Who should complete this form to start the request?

The form must be downloaded (from the attachments section in this page) by the university supervisor or sponsor of the individual who needs access to Barry resources.

The form must be completed by the individual who needs the access, and the supervisor or sponsor. Each part of the form indicates who must complete that section.

Both the individual and the supervisor or sponsor must sign and date the form.

The completed form must be submitted to Human Resources at hrsupport@barry.edu.

The Human Resources department will notify the supervisor or sponsor once the contingent record has been created.

If the contingent individual needs an ID or parking decal, the request should go through the ID office in Landon Student Union.
